Shipping policy

Discreet packaging, every order

Every order ships in a plain, unmarked box. The outside of the package does not show product names or images, and the packing slip lists Passion Play Hub as the sender.

Processing time

Orders placed before 2 PM ET on business days usually ship the same day from our US fulfillment center. Orders placed after 2 PM, on weekends, or on holidays ship the next business day.

Shipping options and costs are shown at checkout before you pay. Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number.

Where we ship

We currently ship within the United States only.

Address accuracy

Please check your shipping address carefully. Packages refused at delivery or returned as undeliverable because of an incorrect address are refunded minus original shipping, return shipping, and a 20% restocking fee.

Lost or damaged packages

A carrier "delivered" scan is considered proof of delivery. If your package arrives damaged, email info@passionplayhub.com within 24 hours of delivery with photos of the box and product so we can make it right.
